A panic attack is a sign that you’re disconnected from your essential self and not hearing something important that your soul needs to say to you.

There may be something physically out of balance or you may just be feeling overwhelmed by life.

There ARE things you can do when you feel panic. If you are prone to panic attacks It helps if you’re prepared before the next episode occurs.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Do go see a specialist when you’re feeling strong to discuss the best ways forward for you.

It does get better if you decide to commit to your health and wellness and put the work in.
