Taking Some Time Out For Me
I’ve just had three weeks break in the sun. It took about a week and a half for me to truly relax, I could feel the difference when I woke up half way into my holiday and felt more grounded and calm in my body. It’s amazing how stress builds up over time without us really noticing it.
I’m a great believer in taking time out for myself every day, particularly as I see clients and need to clear my energy field on a very regular basis. Even with a routine of doing that, once I was away completely from everything it still took the week and a half before I felt completely clear. With this awareness in mind now I’m back home, I will be even more mindful.
Do you take a few minutes out for yourself every day just to disconnect? Is a few minutes enough?
These are questions I will be asking myself over the coming weeks and months. I want to live a stress-free, relaxed life every day, not just wait to be completely relaxed when I’m on holiday.
