21 Day Heal Emotional Eating Bootcamp

Due to the immense success of my 21 day Bootcamp format, and the material that came up during my Heal Emotional Eating Coaching Group, I have decided to create a 21 day Heal Emotional Eating Bootcamp.  Just like Raise your Vibration Bootcamp, this class will have an opening webinar and a closing webinar, and 21 days of email tasks to do, with a Facebook Group for support, friendship and fun.

HOWEVER there will be a difference – we will focus soley on healing our relationship with our bodies, and with food. There will be support and understanding from the other participants in the group, no matter where you are on your journey. We will learn how to take our power back from food, to stop feeling bad about our personalities complexities and we will learn how to fill ourselves with faith and love instead of food.

All you need is 15 minutes a day, each day, to focus on the task at hand. You will receive the tasks first thing in the morning so you have all day to complete them. They may be a video, to listen to an audio, or to just sit back and receive the energy healing that is part of the class.

 

Just like Bootcamp there will be a secret, private, facebook group where you can chat to other members of the group and make new friends. Totally optional.

Food = Nourishment. Nourishment = Love.

Therefore people’s conditioned response is Food = Love.

Hence the automatic emotional eating response to difficult life situations is fused into our sub-consciousness. Let’s unlearn this. We can put love into our food, but we are the source of love, not the food. This class aims to help you reprogramme your subconscious idea that food = love by reconnecting you to a source of pure healing love. And we will clear some limiting beliefs, some energetic patterns around food and of course I will do a lot of all that great healing stuff that I do.

No diets, no shame, no blame. Just love.

I will meet you wherever you are on your journey. Whats the difference between this class and the Heal Emotional Eating Coaching Group?

This class is a gentle healing experience which runs for 21 days in a row. It’s not a therapy session yet it may be a catalyst for your healing process. Where the coaching group goes deep from day one, you have the choice as to how deep you go for yourself.

Each day you will receive healing, you will have something to work on, and you will have access to the students and to Abby to support you as you learn how to break your pattern of emotional eating and come into a nurturing relationship with yourself.

Love fills you up, not food.

When you fill yourself up with food, you feel satisfied only for a fleeting moment. You create seperation between you and your loving body, and in that space animosity, fear and self-loathing can come in.

Love fills you up the way nothing else can. And when you are fulfilled you no longer need to fill yourself with food. When you are connected to love all anger dissipates. Resentment and hatred dissolve away and there is only kindness and compassion. Good boundaries, self-respect, authenticity and self-worth are amplified. And you become a conduit for love, and spread love outwards into the world.
